Order ProcessingYour order will be processed within 24-48 hours, and most orders ship the same day that they are processed. If any item is unavailable, then we will issue you store credit. Therefore, you can expect your order to arrive fresh to your door in under six days. Orders including frozen or refrigerated items are shipped Monday through Wednesdays
Fast ShippingWe want to make sure that your order gets to you fast. We only offer to ship in the 48 contiguous states in the United States including Washington D.C. We work with a variety of shippers, like FedEx and the United States Postal Service, to ensure that your order arrives and at the lowest cost. You must provide a street address. Remember that extreme weather may delay your shipment.
Damaged ItemsWe make sure that everything leaves our modern facility in great condition. If you receive a damaged item, please start a claim with the delivery service. As soon as they have acknowledged your order was damaged in transit, then we will issue you store credit. If you have problems getting the delivery service to admit it is their fault, just send us a photo, and we will take care of the rest.
Satisfaction GuaranteedWe know that you are going to be thrilled with every item that you order from us because we have tested it first. In the event, you are not, however, contact us for a full refund using your simple return form.
Undesired ItemsIf you find that we have made a mistake, then let us know and we will get it corrected right away. Otherwise, if you decide to return an item, we will charge you a 25 percent restocking fee. You will have to pay to ship both ways.
Item Not ReceivedIf you did not receive part of your order, we will open an investigation because each order is carefully checked before it leaves our facility. You need to contact the carrier who delivered your order. You also need to stay active in communicating with us and the carrier should any questions arise.
