We have endeavored to keep our policies straightforward making them easy to understand. We believe to be 100% upfront, so you know in advance what to expect in each case.Order Processing
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. Please note that large or heavy items may take longer, since they ship via freight truck. If any item is unavailable, then we will issue you a refund back to your original payment method.Shipping
We want to make sure that your order gets to you fast. We only offer to ship in the 48 contiguous states in the United States including Washington D.C. We work with a variety of shippers, like FedEx and the United States Postal Service, to ensure that your order arrives and at the lowest cost. You must provide a street address. Remember that extreme weather may delay your shipment.Damaged Items
We make sure that everything leaves our modern facility in great condition. If you receive a damaged item, please start a claim with the delivery service in 48hs. As soon as they have acknowledged your order was damaged in transit, then we will issue you refund back to the original payment method. If you have problems getting the delivery service to admit it is their fault, just send us a photo, and we will take care of the rest.Satisfaction Guaranteed
We know that you are going to be thrilled with every item that you order from us because we have tested it first. In the event, you are not, however, contact us within 15 days for a full refund using your simple return form. Grocery and food items are not returnable due to nature of the product.Undesired Items
If you find that we have made a mistake, then let us know and we will get it corrected right away. Otherwise, if you decide to return an item you may do so within 14 days, in brand new, unused condition in original package. We will charge you a 25 percent restocking fee. You will have to pay to ship both ways. Grocery items are not returnable due to nature of the product.Item Not Received
If you did not receive part of your order, we will open an investigation because each order is carefully checked before it leaves our facility. You need to contact the carrier who delivered your order. You also need to stay active in communicating with us and the carrier should any questions arise.
Returns/Refunds
You may return a product within 15 days, unopened and in new condition. Simply email us and we will provide you with return instructions, please note that return shipping is not free. We will issue a full refund back to your original payment method, once item is received an inspected at our facilities.
If you already opened and/or used the item, you may still return it within 15 days, a restocking fee of 25% applies. Return shipping is not free of charge. A refund will be issued back to your original payment once item is received and inspected at our facilities.
Please note that food, grocery and beverages are not returnable due to the nature of the product.
